We were elated when the western sense of dressing blessed us with the gift of Jeans. Earlier, wearing Sarees and Churidars were the only form of dressing, and in today’s generation we shudder to think what we have done, had not the western culture not invaded in our Country. We cannot even think of our life without jeans. Whenever we go out for a shopping or a movie date, we just slip into our Jeans or pants and we are ready to go.
Our world would’ve stopped here, but there was a further invention of Palazzos which are extremely comfortable and looks very edgy. It is a better version of pants and is a mixture of Harem Pants and Pajamas. Palazzos can be worn in both Traditional as well as Western Looks. These will make you look extremely trendy and you can rock them in different looks in every occasion with the latest style and fashion.
Palazzo with Long Kurti:
Palazzos are worn usually with tops, but it equally looks good with traditional wears like Kurtis. For an occasion like Ganesh Chaturthi, wear Palazzos with a long Kurti with zari works or glass designs in it. Wear Golden Jewelry with it, preferably heavy jewelry. Jhumkas will look great with it and anklets will do wonders to your look. The latest dressing style has changed of Palazzos after the movie Piku. Wear loud make up with this look and highlight your facial features by contouring them.
The Indo–Western Palazzo:
For the look, wear a Palazzo which is of Indo-Western style, a bit too loose than the usual one. As this is the festive season, ditch the top and go for a short Kurti. Add some bling to your style and fashion with red lips and winged eye liner for some extra pop in your look. Complete the look with a chain or bracelet. This is a good option for wearing it during Vishwakarma Puja. Go for bold color eye liners like Blue or Green and highlight your checks with preferably a bronzer.
Wearing a Palazzo is a very good option during Navratri, and the best way to team it up is with experimental Kurtis. Go for asymmetrical Kurtis with uneven hemlines and add some glam in your look by wearing them with heels. Add some more style in the look with bright lips and smokey eyes. The latest dressing style nowadays made looking good much easier. As this is a very experimental look, go for pop eye-shadows like pink, blue, green or black. You can equally sport a different kind of lip color like ox blood red.
Western Style Palazzo:
Palazzo is itself a Western style of clothing and it can be worn with tops as well. Young girls can wear tops along with the Palazzos and accessorize them with multi layered chains or statement rings. Highlight your features with a subtle bronze eye shadow and an orange or pink lipstick will add to the style. For older women, you can also wear Long tops which go very well with the Palazzos and go for a change from the usual Kurtis. It is high time for everyone to go for some change in your style and fashion. This is an ideal look for Bhai Dooj.
Thus, no matter which festival you are celebrating, all that counts is the perfect type of clothing to match with them. Make the fullest of them by applying proper make up and layering up with accessories and jewelries. Earlier we could only think of Saree and Churidaars for the festivals, but now with the latest dressing style go and set the stage on fire.
